The Silk Sentinels officially opens registration for our First Squad Staycation of 2026—a 3-day, 2-night bonding getaway exclusive to bona fide squad members.

Who Can Join

Participation Requirement
To confirm your slot, ONE (1) of the following will be deducted upon registration:
- 2,000 Squad Points
OR - 3,000 Silk Coins
Your selected option will be final once submitted.
Food & Expenses
- Food is FREE and will be fully shouldered by Squad Authority
- Chip-ins / voluntary contributions are welcome (but not required)
- Transportation and fares will be shouldered by each participant
- Players are strongly encouraged to travel together for coordination and safety
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable staycation:
- Event responsibilities will be delegated among participants
- Assignments may include coordination, logistics, food assistance, documentation, or other necessary tasks
- Cooperation is expected from all attendees
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Final Authority
Silk Sentinels leadership reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and implement these rules in the interest of fairness, accountability, and event integrity.
Participation Fee
Participation requires a deduction of either 2,000 Squad Points or 3,000 Silk Coins, as selected during registration.
Binding Commitment
Submission of the registration form constitutes a binding confirmation of attendance. Planning, bookings, and allocations will be based on confirmed headcount.
No-Show Penalty
Any participant who registers but fails to show up without prior approval or valid justification shall incur a penalty equivalent to TWICE (2×) the participation fee:
4,000 Squad Points, or 6,000 Silk Coins
Deduction Enforcement
All deductions—both participation and penalties—will be automatically enforced by Squad Authority and are non-negotiable once applied.
Exceptional Circumstances
Valid and serious reasons may be considered only if communicated before the event. Approval is subject to the discretion of Squad Authority.
