To uphold the integrity, discipline, and smooth operation of the squad, the Squad Authority is officially formed, consisting of three key leadership roles: The Wizard, The Quartermaster, and The Marshal.

The Pillars of Squad Authority

• The Wizard 🧙‍♂️: The founder and ultimate overseer of the squad, a title permanently held by Denzeu’R. The Wizard provides vision, ensures continuity, and guides the squad’s direction.
• The Quartermaster 📜: The secretary and strategist, responsible for organizing squad matters, making initial decisions before the Wizard, and maintaining order in operations.
• The Marshal ⚔️: The disciplinarian and event enforcer, ensuring that rules are followed, tournaments are executed properly, and squad integrity is upheld.

Election and Tenure

While The Wizard’s role remains fixed, The Quartermaster and The Marshal will be elected every three months. Elections are determined by plurality vote, with the following structure:

• Nomination Day: February 5, 2025 (Wednesday) – Nominations will take place via the Group Chat.
• Election Day: February 6, 2025 (Thursday) – The official voting poll will be open all day and close at 9:00 PM.
• Eligibility: Only the top 10 Squad Points holders can nominate candidates. Additionally, only those within the top 10 can be nominated.
• Tenure: The elected officials will hold office for three months before the next cycle of elections.
