The Squad Authority officially recognizes the following four (4) valid modes of player transfer within the Silk Sentinels squad:
1. Direct Buy
A House may purchase a player directly from:
- Another House (with consent of both parties), or
- The Float status pool (with Squad Authority approval).
Transfer Lock:
Players acquired through Direct Buy cannot be transferred again for 30 days.
2. Trade
A mutually agreed exchange of players between two Houses.
- Must be approved by the Squad Authority prior to execution.
🔒 Transfer Lock:
All traded players are locked from further transfers for 30 days.
3. Auction
A player is placed under auction.
- Interested Houses place Silk Coin bids.
- Highest bidder wins the transfer.
- Managed and concluded by the Squad Authority.
🔒 Transfer Lock:
Winning Houses may not transfer the acquired player for 30 days post-auction.
4. Buy Out
Players may now buy their own release from their current House by paying 500 Silk Coins.
Upon completion of a Buy Out, the following rules apply:
- Player is released into FLOAT status.
- A 30-day ban is imposed, during which the player cannot join any House.
- After the cooldown, the player may only be acquired through Direct Buy from the Squad Authority.
- This Direct Buy also costs 500 Silk Coins, paid by the acquiring House.
Important Note:
Buy Outs are final and one-way. They are designed to offer release but not reassignment privileges. Players must wait for a formal acquisition to rejoin House membership.
This system ensures that freedom has a cost, maintains House integrity, and prevents abuse of immediate transfers.
