House Warden Screening Mechanics: House of Timits

With the seat of House Warden of Timits now officially vacant, the Squad Authority is opening a screening process for qualified and interested members. This process is designed to uphold the standards of leadership, trust, and service that all Wardens are expected to embody.

📝 Who Can Apply

Interested members must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • ✅ At least Elite Sentinel rank or higher
  • ✅ Active for at least 2 months in the squad
  • ✅ In good standing (no active infractions)
  • ✅ Has shown consistent involvement in House or Squad activities
  • ✅ Willing to commit time to House duties and represent House Timits honorably

⚙️ Screening Process

📌 1. Application Phase

  • Candidates must submit their interest through a private message to the Squad Secretary or any Squad Authority.
  • A simple form or interview may be conducted to gather:
    • Background within the squad
    • Leadership experience
    • Vision or plans for House Timits
    • Conflict handling or crisis experience

📌 2. Evaluation Phase

  • The Squad Authority, including the Squad Secretary, will review all submissions and conduct short evaluations or interviews if needed.
  • They will evaluate based on:
    • Leadership potential
    • Community reputation
    • Integrity and maturity
    • Ability to follow the Code of Conduct

📌 3. Recommendation to the Wizard

  • After thorough review, the Squad Authority will submit the Top 3 recommended candidates to the Squad Wizard.
  • The Wizard will make the final appointment based on recommendation and merit.

  • This is not a popularity contest. The process values integrity, leadership, and reliability above all.
  • All discussions, applications, and decisions will be kept confidential until the final announcement.
