Player Activity Policy

To maintain fairness, accountability, and active participation across all Houses, the following Player Activity Policy is hereby enforced:

1. Minimum Active Score Requirement

Any player whose In-Game Active Score falls below 700 within their respective House will receive a −200 Squad Points penalty for every periodic review in which the requirement is not met.

2. Zero Active Score Review

Any player who records an In-Game Active Score of 0 will be subject to review for possible removal from the squad.

3. Valid Reason Exception

A player with an In-Game Active Score of 0 may avoid removal only if a valid and reasonable explanation is formally submitted and approved by Squad Authority.

4. Reporting & Review Schedule

House Wardens or House Deputies are required to periodically submit their House’s In-Game Active Scores of all players. Submissions shall be made every Saturday or Sunday for review and validation.

5. Performance Incentive (Per House)

The Most Active Member of the previous week, as determined by in-game squad team-up match statistics, shall receive a reward of plus two hundred (+200) Squad Points in recognition of exceptional activity and contribution.

6. Purpose of This Policy

This policy exists to:

– Encourage consistent activity and participation

– Ensure accountability at both player and House levels

– Protect active members from being disadvantaged by inactive ones
