Protocol for Raising Concerns and Queries

To ensure proper communication, fairness, and efficiency in handling matters within the Silk Sentinels, all members are reminded to follow the proper channels when raising concerns or questions.

1️⃣ House-Related Concerns

  • All issues, suggestions, or disputes within your House must first be raised with your House Warden or House Deputy.
  • Matters that involve fairness, impartiality, or situations where the House leadership may have a conflict of interest may be brought directly to the Squad Authority through the following:
    • Quartermaster – For issues related to squad policies.
    • Marshal – For matters concerning membership, transfers, or player status.
    • Secretary – If you are unsure who to approach, the Secretary may respond or will direct your concern to the proper officer.

2️⃣ Queries & Squad Feature Questions

  • All questions about squad features, activities, or events should be directed to your House Warden.
  • The House Warden will compile and endorse these questions to the Squad Authority during periodic meetings.

3️⃣ Purpose of This Protocol

  • To ensure fair resolution of issues and proper documentation of concerns.
  • To strengthen House leadership and encourage members to actively participate in their internal governance.

We expect all members to observe these guidelines starting immediately. Failure to follow proper channels may result in your concern not being addressed promptly.
