The Ultimate House Showdown Begins!

Calling all Houses and Heroes!

Gear up for Silk Bugbugan, an electrifying special event where your House’s honor is on the line! Assemble your forces, clash with rival Houses, and prove who reigns supreme in the Land of Sentinels.

Event Format

• Four Houses Compete:
  Each House may form up to 3 Teams.
  • Each Team has 5 players.
  • Houses with fewer than 15 members can field fewer teams.
• Event Phases:
  1. Group Stage
     • All teams are pooled together and randomly matched across all Houses.
     • Each Team plays 3 matches.
     • House Protection Rule:
       Teams will not face other teams from their own House during the Group Stage.
     • Points per Match:
       • ✅ Win: 3 points
       • ❌ Loss: 0 points
       • ⚖️ Tie: 1 point
     • Standings after Group Stage determine Playoff qualification.
  2. Playoffs
     • Single Elimination Bracket featuring the highest-scoring teams.
     • No two teams from the same House will face each other in Round 1 to ensure fair representation.
  3. Grand Finals
     • The final showdown to crown the Silk Bugbugan Champion!

Team Formation & Anti-Stacking Rules

To keep competition balanced and prevent “superteams,” ALL TEAMS MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES:

Skill Ranking:

• Every player must declare their rank:
  • Elite: High Rank / Tournament Experience
  • Skilled: Active, Above Average
  • Casual: Occasional Player / New to Ranked
• Each Team MUST include:
  • 1 Elite
  • 2 Skilled
  • 2 Casual

Roster Review:

• All Team Rosters will be submitted to the Event Committee, composed of the House Wardens, with the Squad Marshal serving as the ultimate arbiter for final approval and adjustments.
• The Committee reserves the right to adjust rosters if balance requirements are not met.

No House Stacking:

• No team may have the top 3 highest-ranked players from their House together.

House Points Earned:

• 🥇 Grand Champion: +5,000 House Points
• 🥈 Runner-Up: +1,000 House Points
• 🥉 Semifinalists: +500 House Points
• ⚔️ Each Group Stage Win: +100 House Points

How to Join

1. Contact your House Warden to declare your Skill Ranking.
2. Submit your preferred teammates (up to 2 names).
3. Wait for roster approval.
4. Get ready to fight for your House’s honor!

House Accountability

The House that finishes in last place overall will automatically trigger an anonymous confidence vote among its members to decide whether their House leadership will be retained or removed.
