1. Eligibility
Only registered Silk Sentinels members may participate in official Games.
- Must have an active Silk Sentinels account.
- Must be eligible under squad rules.
- Must follow all Games regulations and official instructions.
Official rules, rewards, penalties, and procedures for Silken Vanguard, Silken Triad, Silken Duel, and Silken Pact.
Only registered Silk Sentinels members may participate in official Games.
Every participating House represents its members in official Games.
Only authorized House and Games officers may submit official lineups.
Regular members may not submit official lineups.

Pact Distribution: House A = 3 Players, House B = 2 Players, House C = 2 Players.
Lineups must be submitted before the official deadline.
Each Game shall have an official Lineup Submission Window announced by the Games Team.
Standard Rule: Lineup submissions close 12 hours before the scheduled Game start time unless otherwise announced.
This gives the Games Team time to verify lineups, generate pairings, resolve issues, lock matchups, and publish official brackets.
Late submissions shall not be accepted unless approved by the Squad Authority.
Match pairings are managed by the Games Team and become official once locked.
A House may still occupy its assigned slot even if no lineup is submitted.
All participants are expected to be ready before the scheduled match time.
A maximum waiting period of 20 minutes shall be granted from the official match start time.
If the required players are not present after the waiting period, the player, team, alliance, or House may be declared in default.
A Default occurs when a player, team, alliance, or House fails to fulfill its participation obligations for a scheduled match.
Loss: The match was played and lost.
Default: The match could not properly proceed due to failure to comply with Games requirements.
If a team defaults during a Best-of-Series, all remaining games shall be forfeited and the opposing side shall be declared the winner.
For Best-of-Series matches:
The following are generally not valid grounds for a rematch:
Rematches may only be granted by the Squad Authority.
Only authorized spectators may observe official Games.
All participants must show respect to fellow members.
The Games Team manages schedules, pairings, result verification, records, and rule enforcement. The Gameplay & Tournament Prefect oversees official Games operations.
The Squad Authority may interpret rules, resolve disputes, verify results, adjust rewards or penalties, disqualify participants, and suspend members from future Games. All official decisions are final.
