The Silk Sentinels Scholarship Program is an initiative in partnership with Excedrive Solutions designed to support active and loyal squad members who are currently studying in senior high school, college, or vocational programs. We recognize the balancing act between school and gaming — and we want to reward dedication and discipline both in-game and in real life.

• Promote a balanced lifestyle of study and play.
• Reward active participation and good conduct in the squad.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as a Silk Sentinel Scholar, you must:

1. Be an active squad house member (Reliable, Engaged, Core Sentinel).
2. Maintain a rank of Trusted Sentinel.
3. Have a clean disciplinary record in the squad (no griefing, ghosting, toxicity).
4. Be currently enrolled in a public school or state university (senior high school, college, or TESDA/technical-vocational programs)
5. Submit a valid proof of enrollment (school ID or Certificate of Registration).
6. Maintain a general average of 85% or its equivalent during the semester

Selection Criteria

Scholars are chosen based on:

• Participation in Squad Activities (tournaments, ranked games, Community presence [Messenger/Discord/Website])
• Leadership or initiative within their House, and Squad overall
• Academic commitment (upload of school ID or certificate of enrollment)
• Grit and conduct — attitude matters

Selection Process

1️⃣ Application via House Warden

• Applicants must submit their application to their House Warden.
• House Wardens will screen applicants from their own house.

2️⃣ House Endorsement

• Each House Warden will endorse only one official candidate per semester.
• They may consider merit, activity level, character, and academic standing.

3️⃣ Review by Quartermaster

• The Quartermaster will review the four endorsed applicants from the Houses.
• Based on their records and overall merit, the Quartermaster will recommend one finalist.

4️⃣ Final Approval by the Wizard

• The Wizard reviews and officially confirms the chosen scholar.
• The selected scholar will be announced across squad platforms.
