With the nominations now closed, we officially enter the Campaign Period. To ensure fairness, respect, and fun, all candidates and members are asked to observe the following rules and guidelines:
1. Campaign Duration
- The campaign period officially starts upon this announcement and ends on September 25, 2025 (9:00PM).
- No campaigning is allowed after the deadline.
2. Campaign Materials
- Candidates may post campaign messages, posters, and videos in designated channels (Main GC, Discord campaign thread, or Facebook group).
- Materials must be respectful, creative, and original.
- House emblems, squad logos, and other official assets may be used, but do not alter or deface emblems of other Houses or candidates.
3. Conduct & Respect
- No negative campaigning: Attacks, insults, or spreading false information about other candidates will not be tolerated.
- Campaigns should highlight the candidate’s plans, qualities, and contributions, not the shortcomings of others.
- Members are reminded to maintain respectful language and proper decorum at all times.
4. Campaign Promises
- Candidates may present 3–5 key platforms or initiatives they intend to work on if elected.
- Promises must be achievable within squad resources and rules. Overpromising or unrealistic pledges are discouraged.
5. Engagement & Interaction
- Candidates are encouraged to interact with members through Q&A, open forums, or casual conversations.
- Members may freely ask questions and express support, but avoid spamming in group chats.
6. Transparency & Fairness
- Campaigning should be done openly in official spaces including House GCs, not through secret groupings that exclude others.
- Bribery, incentives, or giving gifts (e.g., Silk Coins, skins, or rewards) in exchange for votes are strictly prohibited.
7. Voting Period
- The voting period will begin immediately after campaigns close.
- Details on the voting process and schedule will be released separately by the Squad Authority.
⚔️ Remember: Campaigning is a time to showcase your leadership, creativity, and dedication to the squad.
Let’s keep it fair, respectful, and fun—because in the end, we are all Silk Sentinels.
