Squad Policy Guide on Conduct, Attitude & Anti-Bullying
Respect is our standard. Competition is our language. Brotherhood is our bond.
The Silk Sentinels exists not only to compete in Mobile Legends and rise in ranking—but to foster a community of gamers who value respect, sportsmanship, loyalty, and growth. This policy defines the expected behavior of all members and outlines disciplinary actions for violations of conduct that jeopardize squad harmony and safety.
General Principles
Respect All Members – Whether newbie or veteran, all players deserve fair treatment.
Celebrate Diversity – Everyone brings a unique personality and skill level. Embrace it.
Protect the Community – Stand against bullying, harassment, or toxic behavior.
Uphold Squad Values – Loyalty, fairness, humility, and courage.
Fun with Boundaries – Banter and trash talk are allowed—but never if it turns harmful or personal.
Communication & Attitude Policy
Allowed:
Competitive banter and light-hearted trash talk during matches
Memes, jokes, and friendly roasting (especially among close peers)
Giving constructive feedback about gameplay
Healthy debates and discussions
Not Allowed:
Repeated and overly personal attacks – We understand that heated words may occasionally happen during intense games. However, continuous, targeted, or deliberately hurtful remarks will not be tolerated
Shaming or intentional public embarrassment – Sharing screenshots of games is part of our culture, but when done to insult, mock, or belittle another squad member, especially in a repeated or harsh manner, it crosses the line
Abrasive, aggressive tone, especially toward lower-skilled or newer members
Repeatedly blaming or targeting the same person for losses
Discrimination based on age, gender, religion, or identity
Gatekeeping – excluding members from team-ups, discussions, or events without reason
Bullying & Harassment
The following are considered bullying behaviors and will not be tolerated:
🚫 Offense
Examples
Verbal abuse
Profanity, threats, belittling, or excessive “rage comments”
Public shaming
Sharing losses, misplays, or chats with the intent to humiliate or mock someone repeatedly
Isolation or exclusion
Deliberate avoidance of a player in squad activities
Repeated targeting
Mocking, attacking, or confronting someone frequently
Harassment in DMs
Intimidating or pressuring someone in private chat
Reporting and Disciplinary System
How to Report:
Message your House Warden or Squad Authority
Provide evidence (screenshot or chat log)
Keep the report private and respectful
Disciplinary Actions
Offense Level
Action Taken
🔹 First Offense
Verbal or written warning, reminder of policy
🔸 Second Offense
Deduction of 200 Squad Points
🔴 Third Offense
Removal from events, loss of badge or position
🚫 Severe Cases
Permanent removal from the squad with public statement if necessary
Repeat violations will escalate penalties, even if offenses are minor in isolation.
Leadership Accountability
Wardens, Quartermaster, Marshal, and other leaders are expected to set the tone.
Abrasive leadership, favoritism, or public humiliation by officers will be reviewed more strictly.
Members may evaluate their Warden’s leadership anonymously each month.
Encouraged Behavior
Say “GG” or “Nice try” after each game
Use words like “Need help?”, “Let’s try again”, “Nice play!”
Mentor lower-ranked members when possible
Congratulate teammates on progress and promotions
Ask for feedback instead of assigning blame
Code of Conduct in Games
Play fair – No cheating, intentional feeding, or AFK behavior
Respect game roles – Don’t troll, grief, or sabotage in squad matches
Keep squad voice/video chats respectful – No yelling, cursing, or slurs
Use the “Mute” button if things get heated—don’t escalate
Final Word
This squad is built on trust, competition, and brotherhood. Your kills, rank, or badges mean nothing if your attitude breaks the spirit of the team. We’re here to push each other—not put each other down.
Trash talk can be fun—but know the line. Call out plays—not people. Climb with skill—and with class.
General Principles (Mga Pangunahing Panuntunan)
Walang problema ‘yan.
Communication & Attitude Policy
Pwede:
Asaran o friendly trash talk habang naglalaro
Targeting
Paulit-ulit na pag-aasar o pag-atake sa iisang tao
DM Harassment
Pananakot o pressure sa PM o private message
Paano Mag-report?
I-message ang House Warden o Squad Authority
Ibigay ang screenshot o chat log bilang ebidensya
I-keep ang report pribado at magalang
Disciplinary Actions (Kapag May Violation):
Antas ng Offense
Kaparusahan o Aksyon
🔹 First Offense
Babala (verbal or written), paalala ng policy
🔸 Second Offense
-200 Squad Points
🔴 Third Offense
🚫 Matinding Kaso
In-Game Conduct (Habang Nasa Laro)
Final Word (Panghuling Paalala)
