Tournament Format & Frequency

  • Silken Duel will be announced a day before the match day.
  • It will be held on a quarterly basis, with occasional exemptions at the discretion of the Squad Authority.
  • Each of the four House must assign two players to represent them.
  • All eight participants will be randomly paired into a single elimination bracket.
  • All matches are played in a Best of 3 format.
  • All matches are fought in Classic mode, meaning mirror picks (same hero on both sides) are allowed.
  • The initial waiting period before declaring a default is 20 minutes from the scheduled match time.
    • The waiting period may be extended up to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Squad Authority depending on valid communication or special circumstances.
    • Beyond the allowed waiting time, the absent team or player may be disqualified, and penalties will apply as defined in the tournament rules.

Role Selection

  • Before the tournament begins, each player must declare one (1) of the following official roles as their locked role throughout the Silken Duel: Assassin, Fighter, Tank, Marksman, Mage, Support.
  • The selected role will be the only role that player may use for the entire duration of the tournament.
  • Role Format per Match:

    • Round 3 (if needed): Randomly assigned by the Marshal
  • Players may choose any hero within their locked role category (based on official in-game role classification).

Mid Lane Only

  • Creeps in top/bottom lanes may only be cleared when they reach the third turret.

Interference & Pause Rules
