Code of Triad: Official Rules & Mechanics

Silken Triad is the official 3v3 monthly battle format of the Silk Sentinels, where each House sends a trio of its finest warriors to prove their synergy, strategy, and execution in a high-stakes single elimination tournament.

Tournament Format & Frequency

Match Rules

  • Silken Triad will be announced one day before match day.
  • Matches are held on a monthly basis, with occasional exemptions at the discretion of the Squad Authority.
  • Each of the four Houses must assign three players to form a team and represent them in the tournament.
  • Teams will be seeded based on current House Rankings to determine bracket placements.
  • The tournament follows a single elimination bracket.
  • All matches are played in a Best of 3 format.
  • The initial waiting period before declaring a default is 20 minutes from the scheduled match time.
    • The waiting period may be extended up to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Squad Authority depending on valid communication or special circumstances.
    • Beyond the allowed waiting time, the absent team or player may be disqualified, and penalties will apply as defined in the tournament rules.

Role Selection

  • All matches are played using the standard Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Draft Pick mode.
  • There is no locked role selection—teams may assign roles freely during the draft.
  • Teams are responsible for strategizing and selecting heroes within the time limits provided by the draft system.
  • All matches will be hosted and monitored by the Squad Authority to ensure fairness and tournament integrity.

Substitution Rules

  • Substitutions are not allowed during the Silken Triad.
  • The same three players must play all matches throughout the tournament bracket.
  • Teams are expected to confirm their availability and readiness prior to match day.

Interference & Pause Rules

  • Spectators are allowed to watch live games but must mute communications and avoid any interaction with players while a match is ongoing.
  • Each team is allowed one pause per match, with a maximum duration of 2 minutes, and only for valid issues such as lag or device failure.
  • No rematches will be allowed for:
    • Incorrect hero or spell selection
    • Poor internet connection
  • All players must double-check their setup before the match begins.
  • All matches will be hosted by the Squad Authority to ensure fairness and structure.

No Show Penalty

  • The House will receive a 200 House Points penalty.
  • The House Warden will be penalized 250 Silk Coins.
  • Assigned player(s) who didn’t show up will receive a 500 Squad Points penalty.
  • Make sure all team members are confirmed and fully committed to participate before final submission.

Rewards & House Points

  • Silken Triad Champion Badge (awarded individually to all three players).
  • 3,000 Silk Coins awarded to the House Warden of the winning House, for recognition or distribution.
  • All Houses earn House Points in each match based on the total KDA (Kill/Death/Assist) score of their team.

Match History & House Points Submission

The House Warden must assign one participating player to capture a screenshot of their Match History immediately after each Silken Triad game.

  • The screenshot must clearly show the KDA score and match result.
  • These screenshots will serve as the official record for awarding House Points.
  • Failure to submit a valid screenshot will result in no House Points being recorded for that match, regardless of outcome.
  • Screenshots must be submitted to the designated Squad Authority channel or submission form promptly after each match to ensure that performance contributes to the House’s official ranking.
